Software Return & Conversion Policy

REPORTING / BUSINESS SOFTWARE
Purchases returned within thirty (30) days will be subject to a 25% order processing fee on all reporting AND business software. The 30 day warranty starts at the date in which the reporting software is ordered. A refund will be granted if there have been no reports downloaded from the internet. Once reports have been downloaded, the money back guarantee is waived. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

HANDHELD SOFTWARE
American Home Inspectors Training warrants NO REFUNDS for the InspectIt ReportPlus for Handheld Devices unless the order is cancelled prior to shipping. This is a non-negotiable policy.

Converting to a Pay-Per-Use plan after purchase of the software:
Reporting software users who are financing the software are able to convert to the Pay-Per-Use plan. Previous financing payments will be applied as credit towards the downloading of reports. Any reports already downloaded will be deducted from this credit. If the cost of these reports exceeds this credit, unpaid reports will be charged to the user’s account.

Purchasing the reporting software after using the software on the Pay-Per-Use plan:
You may purchase the reporting software after you have been on the Pay-Per-Use plan. Any payments that you have made within the first 3 months on the Pay-Per-Use plan will be applied toward purchase of the reporting software.

Regarding Financing of the reporting software:
If you have purchased the reporting software on the financing plan, you may within 6 months of the purchased date convert to an outright purchase payment. At that time, any payments you have made will be applied as credit towards the outright purchase price.

ReportPlus Example:

Purchase price of ReportPlus $745.00
5 Payments made at $49.00 each $245.00
Amount due $500.00

ReportPro for Texas Example:

Purchase price of ReportPro for Texas $525.00
5 Payments made at $29.00 each $145.00
Amount due $380.00

After 6 months you may purchase the reporting software outright. The purchase price will be calculated by the remaining months left on the 24 month payment plan.

ReportPlus Example: 12 months of payments remaining at $49.00 each $588.00

ReportPro for Texas Example: 12 months of payments remaining at $29.00 each $348.00

PLATINUM SUPPORT PACKAGE
Our reporting and business software comes with 60 days free software technical support from date of purchase. After the initial support period, you will be automatically enrolled in our Platinum Support Package at $9.95 per month* that includes unlimited support, online training, and all software. Should the Platinum Support Package expire, there will be a $249 activation fee assessed when re-enrolling which will include one year of the Platinum Support Package.
