New Features
Features have been added and improved which allow you to customize the program to your own needs while making the program easier to use.
Insert Pictures Faster – Pictures can now be selected immediately after a picture frame is inserted. Once you click the insert picture button  , you will be prompted to select your picture to be inserted. |

Customer Information Button  – When customer information is edited (name, address, etc.), this information is updated across the report and does not need to be input multiple times. You can now recall the customer information screen and update the entire report at one time. |

Photo Options Menu – By right clicking on the picture this menu will appear as a short cut to the commonly inserted draw options (text box, call out, arrow, oval). This will make it easier and faster to use any commonly used drawing tools. |

Context Help Buttons – You can now get quick access to the InspectIt User’s Guide via a shortcut button  . These buttons will take you directly to the section in the User’s Guide that you need help with. |

New Features
Three menu screens available – You can now view your Description, Comments, Observation and Limitation menus in three formats. The Checklist View, Insert and Insert w/ Heading. You can easily toggle back and forth between both views.
Checklist View – This view allows you to select multiple items (or single items if you prefer) and insert them all into your report at once. You now can complete the entire section and insert it into your report with one click of the button.
Insert View – This view allows you to select individual items individually and dictate where you want them inserted.
Insert w/ Heading View – This view is the same as the Insert view, but when you select an item under a heading the heading will automatically be inserted.
Expandable Menu Tree – Both views allow you to open and close items on the screen to make it easier to read (both views)
New Preview Screen – A new preview screen has been added to this screen to allow you to preview the entire comment/observation. |

Section Toolbar – by clicking on the section name on the section toolbar, you can choose from descriptions, observations, comments, limitations and the screen will pop. You no longer need to hunt for your section toolbars. |

Checklist Version New Feature
Hint Buttons –– These buttons take you to reference sheets for each section. On these references sheets you will find procedures, “Never-Miss” list, item notes and terminology. You can add, edit and delete items on these hints pages as you wish.
